How easy was it to read the text : was it big enough? clear enough? were you able to make it larger or smaller yourself?
How easy was it to navigate the site : did the right-hand 'fly-out' menu work for you? did you find the alternative way, using the site map? did the site map work OK?
Content: was there anything you could reasonably have expected to find on this site which was missing?
